[setlist]New Flesh, Glasgow 02.06.04 - F'd In The A.

First up, I'd like to apologise to anyone that turned up at Fury Murry's tonight expecting me to be DJing there.
Not only was I only informed yesterday that "We're not opening tomorrow. You're cancelled mate..." but even THAT was a lie, since Fury's management had clearly believed me when I told them that "We should get a good turnout after Download"... and decided to keep the spoils for themselves by having one of their folk DJ using CDs borrowed from bar staff.

So no, New Flesh was NOT at Fury Murry's. If you went along under the impression that it was, please let me know.

MUCH Kudos to everyone at Barfly for stepping in and giving us a venue at such short notice - even the hire of the place til half past one was better than nothing. Cheers, any of you that read this.

Here's what I played in the end - Hopefully, we'll be back at Barfly next week, Fury's will turn out NOT to be lying when they say "Tonight is only a one-off because of Download.", and I'll see a lot more of you in 6 days' time than I did tonight.

Cheers.

I did my best - We still had to close at half one, since a lot of folk didn't know about the change and went to Fury's anyway.

Lying thieving sneaky swines. Hanging's too good for 'em!
