Postby ab23 » Tue May 03, 2005 9:17 am

Hi Everyone,

Fancy coming along to a speed dating night and raising some much needed funds for ChildLine Scotland?

We're looking for 30 girls and 30 guys to come along and have a laugh, win some prizes and maybe even meet their dream date.

Tickets are £10 each.
Thursday 12 May, 8pm, The Edge Bar, George Square, Glasgow.

For more info, call ChildLine Scotland on 0870 336 2912 or email [email protected]

Normally I would lock / delete seven types of shit out of this blatant attempt to spam.....

However...

Speed dating intrigues me on a personal level - do you get to use real speed?

Tell me more.

Chris....

Why is it spam? It's a Glasgow event, and it's for a good cause.

Thanks for the support, dazzababes. It is a good cause indeed!

Sales for Thursday are going well but we have more girls than guys right now. So any single boys, you'll have your pick of the ladies if you come along! Call now for a ticket - 0870 336 2912. ;)

The practice of signing up and posting nothing but one event is considered 'spamming'. However as you point out - it's in a very good cause so we [The mods] all left it well alone. :)

So you'll be going Dazza, you know to show support and all ?

Sharon - all of the £10 ticket price goes to ChildLine. This event has been organised by volunteers and the venue has been donated free of charge.
