Director hunts for Glaswegian actors

The legendary director is searching for “sparky” girls from Glasgow who will join the cast in his upcoming movie The Angels'.

If you think you might be one of the bright, sparky, Glaswegian girls Loach is on the lookout for, auditions will be happening next week in Glasgow, so get in touch as soon as possible. To apply, send an email to [email protected] (please note the spelling of the email address, no “t”). Remember you must be a 19-26 year old girl with a Glasgow accent. It’s essential you include some clear photos, your height, age, date of birth, and contact information, and a few lines about yourself. Please only apply if you fit the brief.

'Carla's Song' was brilliant - 'Ae Fond Kiss', a story about an inter-racial, Asian/White relationship was really very badly acted apart from a superb turn from the late Gerard Kelly as an itinerant priest.
