The Southside Festival kicks off on Friday 1st May with a comedy night featuring 3 top comedians - Gary Little, Bruce Morton and Barry MacDonald with compere Patrick Rolink. Starting at 9pm and running until 1am the night is guaranteed to be a good night out and with tickets only costing a fiver you can't go wrong ... then you've get the very reasonable prices at the Pollok FC Social Club!

wanting to support the local comedy scene I checked this out

Concert hall have nothing to do with the event nowt on the website and are ever so helpful (not) when contacted, the number on the poster at Linen rings out, and when they phone back tell you

"You can either pick up tickets from Queens Park parish church on Monday nights from 6:30 – 7:00, or you can send a cheque or simply pick them up at the door"

Sorry about that ... don't know why it's not on the Concert Hall website. Trying our best to do community stuff on the Southside but we don't always get it right. Good line up of comedians for a fiver though and excellent drink prices at the Pollok FC Social Club.
