Pedal for Scotland 2007 16th September

Pedal for Scotland
is the country's biggest bike ride, running from Glasgow to Edinburgh and attracting thousands of bikers every year.

It is the perfect way to spend a summer's day, and get fit and healthy into the bargain.

anybody else here doing this?
I'm in with a group of 6 starting at 10am, team name: Lab Rats

It would be good to get a list of HG rider numbers to keep an eye out for.

If anybody feels like sponsoring us, I've set up a fund-raising page here - http://www.justgiving.com/pedalforscotland-labrats

There's a group of 5 of us doing it together, it's for Leukaemia Research.
Go on, you know it makes sense :)

I was planning on doing this until I fell off my bike today and broke my hand.

No riding for quite a while. :(

Might give it a miss. Although I live right on the route so I will be able to see you all cycling by.

We managed it in 4hrs 30mins. The weather was atrocious from start to finish which put a bit of a dampener on things, but in true Scottish fashion it was sunny all the way back when we were on the bus
