Judging by the somewhat moderate comments on HG about this woman leads me to believe she hasn't excited Glaswegians to just the same extent as she appears to have to the people over here. Last night she was featured, and quite extensively, on all of the major national news broadcasts. Imagine, Obama's visit to Mexico, followed by news about a frumpy fiftieth Midlothian singing a song, I couldn't believe it, but I felt really good about it.

It seems the US has went mental for Susan Boyle. Bumper stickers with I kissed Susan Boyle, Shes had thousands of marriage proposals as well.
