A hint. Don't phone - email so you have a record of the report. cc your local councillor in on the email (so the cleansing types know you're serious). Tell them the doors are still attached (lie if need be) and that you've seen kids climbing in and out. It'll probably be gone in 24 hours.

Now that would be a bonus - seriously though, in the past I've emailed to thank the one councillor who's responded/got something to happen, and cc'd the three other deadbeats who haven't even acknowledged my original message - just being polite you know, keeping them informed so they can stop all that activity they haven't been telling me about.

You are required to remove them as children have died in fridges. It's been a while so the lazy bastards in Partick don't know the law.

In Partick they do the bulk uplifts on a set day each week for different streets...could be that they were put out for uplift but were missed because it fell on a strike day
