This has gone to the dump.

Is the Zen player still available? I've got an earlier model that I can only load via an old HP laptop.

Glad for that John. I did not want to be greedy as My own zen nomad is still working well. One battery died on me last week after several years of recharging and I've hopefully bought the correct replacement from e bay. The HP lap top will probably die before the player.

Genuine question as I am obviously not using the correct Google search parameters:

Is there any Glasgow based charities that would put use to old spectacles and a load of matching barely used and obviously washed socks?

I have them from a house removal and hate seeing waste.

Found this for the Glasses recycling - Vision Aid Overseas just pop in your postcode and it will give you your nearest recycling point - i think the major high street opticians including Boots act as collection points

This is an Avtex W151T Telly / Radio / Monitor

The Telly part is analogue and so not much use. It does OK as a monitor though, as you can see (connected to a netbook at 800 x 600) and will go to 1024 x 768 according to the manual.

Input is via VGA and there are additional ports for SCART, S-video and YPbPr as well.

It came out of the folks' old camper van and comes with manual, remote, mains lead and cigarette lighter adapter. There are also bits that appear to be radio aerials.

I've been using it as an occasional monitor but it's now taking up space when it should be in your camper. Let me know if it's any use or if you need any more detailed specifications.

Free to a good home.

OK, flat clearance time...

I have half a dozen echinacea plants to let go. No flowers just now but they have a sweet fragrance when in bloom. They attract bees and butterflies.

They look like this at the moment:

...also half a dozen lemon trees:

including two large specimens that I've had to keep pruning to stop them growing through the ceiling...

I'd like to keep the one on the left but I've got nowhere lined up for it.

It's good for putting in the window to stop the top deck of the bus from looking in!

If you want any of these plants, pm me.

Echinacea plants are now gone.

First dibs on the large lemon trees are allocated but there's still the medium size ones available.

There's a pepper plant with ripe pepper if I can repot it. (Fruit is causing it to list heavily.)
