It doesn't look like a trackbed, more one of those things what used to be a planter but is now infilled with orange chuckies 'pon which they'll stick flowerpots in the summer. Sea defenses, and a harbour. My first thought was Wemyss Bay but a) the harbour bit isn't sloped enough, there isn't enough other housing (Skelmorlie et al) and there is no sea defenses in Wemyss Bay like that.
Perhaps Ayrshire, Three Towns area?? Saltcoats
