At a guess I would say the Fiscal didn't give a shit, as he pleaded guilty it was obviously an easy case, but the fact the police arrested him in the first place is ridiculous.
And whoever gave him that advice to plead guilty probably didn't care about the case either. If it was a junior lawyer in a firm you can imagine the sniggers from the rest of the office, so he or she probably just wanted rid of it.
