I recently added my name to an online petition, regarding cyclists and the highway code in case your interested, and it looks like its actually done some good!

I read the online petition on the web you mentioned Osiris, and it is very interesting, and makes a great deal of sense. Let's hope for the sake of cyclists, and motorists, that it is successful. (I wonder why you didn't post this on the "Glasgow's Cycling Heritage" thread; would it not have a greater exposure to cyclists there?).
