Arran Grain mustard is the absolute dogs danglies for mash, banjo. Even my mashed tottie connoisseur daughter loves it!

Sadly, onions don't love me, so no onion gravy. A bit of fried bread underneath the mash is good too, though!

Update on the tattie masher situation.
Following Boxer 6's suggestion I hot footed it to Tesco to buy the masher, only to find all three in stock were broken :( the masher head solder having gone on one side in all three of them!
Ah well back to the fork for just now.......
and I rose up, and knew that I was tired, and continued my journey

if Persevere is the answer, why isn't there an IKEA in Leith?

Thanks Dex - tried there. Don't think I'm going to have much luck with this one.
It's an old school wonder if the council or building dept would keep pics?

Phone the Archives at The Mitchell Library. They would hold the Education stuff.

Hello Bridie, if it's a school building you might try the Scotland St. Museum, they have quite a collection. Just like the Mitchell, they have helpful staff too.
BTW, which school are you looking for?
