A two-parter random question.
a) Which nationality is recorded as the second most common within the prisoner population in Scotland? A clue - British is number 1.
I'll come back with the second question once there's been a few wrong guesses

If you mean evidence, what proof do I have - then's it's from talking to someone who knows.
Anyway, you're getting warm but missing something.

Scottish would be a bit obvious wouldn't it, but no it's not Scottish.
I'll give the answer tomorrow.

The relevant percentages would be nice, too.
The second most common number of legs in Scotland is one.

Jedi.
"I before E, except after C" works in most cases but there are exceptions.

Don't have percentages - anyway the answer is Belgian. So next question in this two-part, fun filled weekend teaser, why?

And don't forget Josef - the average number of legs for humans isn't two.

I can tell you all had sleepless night thinking this through.
The reason why Belgian is 2nd recorded nationality after British?
It's a result of Belgian being next to British on the pull down menu used when prison officers logged in new inmates and so was wrongly entered onto their database.
