Something awful

Postby motman » Thu Feb 08, 2007 11:08 am

Was sent the link to this site this morning. Have a look. It fair made me chuckle. Especially as the office was empty (a slight dusting of snow in England = nothing moves  )

Why does that somehow sum up everything that is wrong with Yanks.

If you don't like it attack it.
If that doesn't work use a bigger bomb
Don't stop until you have wiped the enemy out.

In Kilmarnock in the summer, a swarm of wasps or bees were floating in the air in the main shopping area like a mystical cloud. An old woman walked right into it.

Why not just nuke the back yard?

I had a swarm/bike (insert any apropriate collectve term here) settle in a cherry blossom tree in back garden the summer before last.It happens. They were obviously en route to somewhere else or had been flushed outta their original home.
I had to drink indoors for a day.Big deal
Then following day.....they just flew off somewhere else.....dah!

That site is fantastic.

I can recommend the Cliff Yablonski section, kept our 6th year humourous.
Malcolm Tucker is always right.

I don't know what happened to her. Just as she was about to walk into them, I was about to go into Superdrug to buy cream.

It might even have been creamy shampoo - it was a while ago now. Either way, my hair is feelin' great right now.
