nylon housecoat

Fine people of hidden glasgow - a challenge.

Does anyone know of any stockists of the old skool nylon housecoats of old? Or does anyone have one knocking around?

I'd try somewhere like Watt Brothers or BHS - or else stalk some pensioners

You could maybe try workwear specialists for that kind of thing too...

Because I want to dress up as Peggy from Hi-de-hi for a party soon!

Nothing more sinister than that, I'm afraid. Where is the shop that ALL pensioners are kitted out with their beige anoraks? They are bound to have them there...

Great, thanks for the ideas!

Other suggestions on the tv show/cartoon/computer game theme are also gratefully appreciated in case I can't pull Peggy off (as it were)...

I know your thread is a week old and you might have one by now but you could also try Glasgow-Freecycle http://groups.yahoo.com/group/glasgow-freecycle/

You'll need a big set of headphones for that one ;)
