Many brave men died in the trenches to protect your right to have so many pillow choices. Don't you think you owe it to the and their families to act responsibly in bed related cushion matters?

Do you sleep on you back or on your side? Do you like a soft, medium or hard pillow? Do you prefer a single pillow to sleep or two?

I went through all this and found I prefer the relatively inexpensive pillows from IKEA best.

Tonight I had a sweaty but productive rehearsal with my new band. Another rehearsal next Tuesday and a public rehearsal at Hootenannies next Thursday (to which you are all cordially invited) should see us road ready.

What time next Thursday Joe? I will try to come along.

I have been languishing with a really heavy cold/throat infection all weekend. Not a drop of alcohol since Thursday - yes, it's that bad. I'm hoping Thursday will still be on. The Tuesday night looks dodgy at the moment.
