If you mean he had the same coloured stripy socks on as you did - that's pretty unusual.

If you mean he had coloured stripy socks on and that they were the same as each other (ie a pair) - that's not quite so unexpected.

HELP!! I've just had my first encounter with O2 customer "services" and it's every bit as bad as they say.
The only good thing (I hope) is that it was done online and you have a print out of the whole fiasco ::):
After being shuttled - mid conversation -to the fourth person 8O who annoyingily asks again ;
" Can I help You?"

I typed;
" What happened there? I'm still talking to ***"

No one has a clue what they're doing, they just cut you off and send you to someone else.

It's quite funny though to see it in type -all the crap customer service that we've been used to all these years on the phone.

I muse be quite fortunate re 02. I've had Cellnet and O2 accounts for years, maybe 15 or more, and never had a problem yet.

Who sits and looks around a meeting room to see what colour your colleagues socks are?

Very true..........I always like a meeting room where I can get a good view out the window if the meetings too awful.
and I rose up, and knew that I was tired, and continued my journey

I bought my first 'new' car in 7.5 years today (getting it on Wednesday :D).

It'll be a pleasant change to drive something that doesn't feel as though it's going to fall apart every time I hit a pothole and which doesn't sound like a hoarse lion. I won't miss the miscellaneous other problems that my current car has either. I shouldn't moan too much, I suppose, as it has served me pretty well without costing me much in maintenance/repairs - here's hoping I'm as lucky with the 'new' one.

29th January 2012 was his last appearance.

Viceroy posts when there is a factual thread either in which he has an interest or that he knows something about.

As he's said more than once, he's not interested in 'chat'.

Regards, V, if you're reading this, btw. We still have the annual walk in honour of your birthday.
