Suffer from insomnia so I reckon picking up one of these instruments and blasting away for an hour or two in the wee, sma' hours would be the ideal therapy. But I have a couple of questions - if I may - for those of you with a musical bent:
(1) I want to play traditional Scottish tunes (eg: Rowan Tree, Road to Dundee, etc). Is the concertina suitable for this type of thing or would it have to be an accordion or melodeon?
(2) Are there any good retailers in town apart from Biggars and Victor Morris(!)?.South Side Music in Cathcart Rd. I think Band Supplies are now near the Kelvin Hall.
If you can advise me on these points so that I can buy an instrument asap I thank you.
If you can't advise me and I can't buy an instrument asap my neighbours thank you.

Autogenic drainage. It really ought to be taught by a physio but if you Google it you'll get the basic idea. It definitely works if done properly.
