I decided to exchange the handbag for one of a smaller size so that's that sorted.
Expect you could have fitted a small Corgi into the other one and don't think I need that amount of space.

Does anyone else seem to get stopped all the time when you are walking about the city centre?
Don't know what it is like in Glasgow but I get stopped on a regular basis for directions by tourists or other lost souls. Wouldn't mind but it is the ones who waste your time and don't seem to believe you that I can't be bothered with.
I got stopped on Thursday by a woman looking for the library and I pointed to the one which was straight across the road. I could see her looking at me like I had two heads and I mentioned that there was another library
but closer to the City Hall. The rain was starting to get heavier and I ended up saying I had to go on.
Another time I got stopped by a wee man from Eastern Europe who didn't speak very good English and he was looking for a job in a hotel. Again it was raining and he didn't seem like a spring chicken so I went out of my way to direct him to one of the more expensive hotels in Belfast. After we reached it I pointed across the road and he took my hand, kissed it and thanked me.
Then he raced across the road and sped up the steps like an athlete.
