I don't think i'll have much luck here as i already started a thread. I'm guessing no one can do or knows someone qualified to do LPG gas in a catering van? :P

Pickin' up my artist's brushes and oils again. Trying to find a niche for quick sales, so I'm thinking about old Glasgow scenes and transport subjects. Anybody think this could be a goer? Any advice greatly appreciated as ever. Thanks.

the subject matter is always quite popular.might be worth aproaching the glasgow tour bus guides and see if you cant tie something in with them.or get a pitch near the transport museum.

Sounds good to me - I've been contemplating it myself. Maybe we could start an art movement... ;)

I don't think that's been done before. It does limit the potential subject material, though. More of a jalopist, myself :) - though not to the extent of John Salt (Google: john salt artist)

I'm all for starting a brand-spanking new, traditionally old-fashioned nostalgic art movement and tramist sounds as if we're on the right lines.

The electrics haven't been touched since it was built in 1969 so not sure if it needs completely rewired however the wall sockets have no on/off switch - if that helps :D
