Interesting book review from last Sundays Observer.
It is well worth checking out the reviewer Robert MacFarlane's profile on the Guardian website. I first heard him on Radio 4 documentary carrying out an ill-advised walk across mud flats.

i have since discovered it is indeed fake.
if you search on liveleak it shows you how he did it.......quite impressive really considering he used ms paint to do it
