Strange things you find in the bowels of your desk.

I found this in my desk this evening and I don't even remember where I got it from:

It's a .50-cal anti-aircraft machine gun round, in case you wondered.

Well.. It's good for sure.

But you can guess where it came from.. What it was used for etc etc

Silver house with an earplug in it ?

What was I thinking ? How did that happen ?

/Confused.

Kind of.

I had 'paused' the topic while my pic uploaded... Once it finished the thread was restored.

If you posted something during that time it would be wiped Purple..

Sorry - what did you say ??

I asked if you had found an Apache 404 Error in the drawer since that's what the link gave.

I used toi have one EXACTLY like that. Bought it in America at an airfield where there was a B-17. One of the last still flying I seem to recall.

In the bowels of my desk I have nothing of interest.

The bottom of my shelves, however, contains:

two trophies from the Guide Dogs For The Blind;
Jay and Silent Bob;
A dalek;
Howard from the Halifax ads driving a small car;
and a small silver stapler.
Too few hours in the day.

Nah, although I do find one every so often.

It would just be the file not uploaded yet! :-)
