Police all over Clyde Walkway at Tradeston Footbridge

Hi!

Just wondering if anything has happened here in the last few days. Place is absolutely swarming in coppers. A mobile caravan has been set up on one side of the Tradeston Bridge and has been there for the last three days. I can't find any news as to why it is crawling anywhere.

Anybody know of anything happening? Cheers!

They are still there. Big teams of them (Seven or Eight) walking from around Victoria Bridge to the Jamaica Bridge repeatedly. I wonder what could have happened. I'm very nosey.

I'm reasonably sure (and it's a dead cert under the London 2012 legislation) that that qualifies as Terrorist Activity and'll get you banged up incognito till the cows come home (to the North Pole, in all likelihood).

Did this today without even seeing that the topic had moved. Police guy said it was "ROUTINE!". I wasn't going to press anymore as it might have been a struggle for him.

Mobile caravan is back however.

They seem to be grabbing random cyclists as well, which is a bit strange. Maybe something happened and somebody on a bike caused it.

Still happening.

All of the undesirables have moved over the Tradeston Footbridge to where the houses are now. Police don't seem to want to go over that bridge, so the addicts all sit on the stone benches there.

I can see why the police are there now...

Some beast rolled his tongue at me and was playing with himself below George V Bridge on the stairs there yesterday AT MIDDAY (busiest time). Let's just say I wasn't too happy and he ran off, looking scared shitless, on his bike. Lucky it was me that was going up those stairs at that particular time, as a big bunch of children were a few seconds behind me.
