80's Cartoons

Postby Gazzathecoigne » Thu Aug 12, 2004 1:27 pm

A friend of mines, girlfreind runs this web site. http://80scartoons.co.uk/ So cast your memory back, and remember what you rushed home from school to watch.

PS; theme tunes are included, top stuff!

Ah...the mysterious Cities of Gold.

Did they ever find them? I seem to remember this series went on forever.
'Esteban! Esteban!'
Dodgy dubbing too.
The Jungle? Yeah, I do kinda miss it...but it's nice to get off the food chain, y'know?

`ly liked that, and there were many other of my favourites on the site as well.

Thanks, I now have the Pigeon Street tune stuck in my head now.

I remember all the characters like Clara the long distance lorry driver, Dr Baskerville and Reg.

Again, thanks, it is certainly a site I will be back to!

i liked Ullises, He-Man, Thundercats etc....but was extreamely dissapointed that Mr.T. was'nt on it "sob".

Mr. Ben was also class, he could have dressed as a teddy boy and went back to the 50's in Glasgow :).

That excel quiz is doing my nut in. It's either Camberwick Green or Trumpton and it won't accept either. Probably an annoying spelling of it.

If anyone has the answers to 6,7,17,32,46 and 48 please tell me!

I have no idea what quiz you're talking about, but there was a programme similar to Camberwick Green and Trumpton called Chigley. Could that be the answer?

It's the quiz you can download from the top left hand side of the website.

Chigley might be what I'm looking for, cheers.

Doc Croc ? I hated that sh!tty fake assed alligator! At a young age I would have given my right nut to enter the studios, cover it in lighter fluid and light it up.

Happy childhood memories, eh ?
