Here in Canada we put our clocks forward Mar. 13. You are slow in the UK. Why the delay?

Did they have to change on the day I was going to Europe for a week? Now my stomach is two hours out of kilter.

Did you all remember clocks went back 1 hour at 02:00hrs this morning?

Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 2:00:00 AM clocks are turned backward 1 hour to 1:00:00 AM local standard time instead.
