Thanks,I think. Tonight it was guacamole with pitta bread chips as a wee starter; carrot, coriander and orange soup; roast cod steaks with spinach.

Salad of tomato, cucumber and melon; roast aubergines and red onions with focaccia; spaghetti with home-made pesto. Plonk.

In the city centre after work tonight for the first time in, well, months probably, and see Dino's is boarded up. Just fancied some gnocchi and a Moretti too - had to settle for a sausage supper out the chippy!

I had a chicken supper from my local chippy, and it were lovely. *Gently pats distended belly*

Courgette and rocket salad with a mint and garlic dressing; spaghetti with home-made pesto. Bread and wine.

Nothing finer than a fresh crusty loaf, I so couldn't cut bread out my diet.
I usually start with 2 slices of toast (must be plain bread) most mornings, other than porridge in the winter, as I find most cereal too sweet.
