Night off from cooking after a terrific Valentine's Day lunch at Tinto, the new tapas place in Uddingston. Uddingston has several good restaurants these days.

In our house, egg in a cup is put cup on the gas hob, add a nob of butter, melt it, add 2 eggs (or whatever your preference), stir until done to taste add butter and salt as to taste and eat and enjoy. Probably not the healthiest dinner but absolutely bloody marvellous.

No, were they doing that? Just happen to see the Salmon in Lidls, at a good price and already have the recipe in my head from before. Did they do it the same way? Pan fried?
Tonight, for us Roast Chicken, savoury rice, broccoli and stuffing.
Knocked up a chicken curry with tomato, ginger, cumin and turmeric for tomorrow's tea along with some wee nan breads.
