Tried to make a tuna dish from a recipe out an old book but it turned out disastrous.
There was a mixture of tuna, cheese, mushrooms, peas, onion and you put in some crisps.
This is then covered with milk and beaten eggs.

Despite it being cooked for the right length of time it was still a bit liquid when you tried to spoon it out.
I think either recipe wrong or something.

The OH was heading out early so had to whip up a quick mug of soup and a sarnie.

We had a Sunday treat of M&S venison sausages with M&S "fire roasted tomato and rosemary" tray bake paste, into which I chucked some roasted sweet potato and onions. For anyone remotely interested :D I have now lost around 14 pounds. I've failed miserably in the past week with the old exercise though. Need more motivation to haul my arse out of bed in the mornings :(

jodie,

Well done with the weight loss.
I can imagine it's hard to motivate yourself to go out. It was a lovely sunny afternoon here today but terribly cold.
I would have loved to go out a long walk if it had been a wee bit warmer.

That M&S menu sounds just the job for a cold night.

Going to make sweet, sticky, chicken with pasta followed by home made apple crumble, tonight.
