I had a turkey breast curry with brown rice & there's enough left over for lunch

Herself bought them in t'other day. I just cooked them the way I do the venison steaks I get from Tesco occasionally - nice as they were, I think I prefer the darker, stronger taste of venison. Each to their own, though.

Don't pay any attention Jodie, as a fully paid up member of the opposite sex and an ex OH I can safely say we don't know when we're well off. I bought some of those purple spuds and I've been using them up. I thought I'd sauté a few tonight. I boiled them for a bit and they turned blue. They're frying at the moment. How do I know when they're done?

They were quite tasty in the end.

The water I boiled them in has gone from blue to orange overnight. They said something about containing natural anti-oxidants and this makes a certain amount of sense. I wonder what's in them that changes colour.

On tonights menu was bison steaks. Bought from our local Lidl!
