I'm having uninspired spag bol. It was turkey drummers & chips yesterday (I can cook, honest). What's everyone else having?

Tonight I have been mostly eating ... salad and ostrich steaks (no, really) with wholemeal bread and a nice protein shake thingy.

Rather jolly nice it was too, first time for ostrich for me .. imagine a slightly beefy chicken and you're not far from the mark. Quite yummy indeed.

Och, away! Wholemeal bread!?

I've never tried ostrich. I've had zebra, wild boar, kangaroo & alligator though. Local eaterie's chef gets bored with beef, pork & chicken.

My spag bol was nice too but I now have to go to a rehearsal & breathe garlic all over everyone. Didn't think it through did I.

I've only just started being adventurous with food .. what's the name of your hostelry Jodie, sound like an interesting place to patronise.

Rehearsals eh? Most intriguing. What's occuring then, that needs rehearsing I mean?

Ostrich is lovely and tasty, especially the burgers I tried a few months ago.

Had a rabbit & grass snake stew once, when I was in the army. Very nice it was, too.

Jürgen's Restaurant, Douglas, IoM. It's not cheap so I only go when someone else is paying :-)

I play in a flute group & it's chrimbo music time :-p

I said nothing .. I am completely religiously androgenic.

And more than a bit wary of wary of women with metal instruments.

I don't belong to a flute band, i'm an Atheist and against marching in principle. I play an orchestral C flute and a wood piccolo (that's the one you should fear DS- it's smaller and can leave skelfs in hard to reach places) 8)
