Tea tonight was Christmas dinner leftovers.
Another sunrise with my sad captains, with who I choose to lose my mind,
And if it's all we only pass this way but once, what a perfect waste of time.

A friend of mine married a Chinese girl called Mel, her Father had a restaurant in Northampton, there was nothing in Chinese food that he did not no about and Peter was a fantastic host, as part of their heritage they had a British and a Chinese wedding which was held in Hong Kong, they then honeymooned in interior China in the village her family had hailed from, they had access in their honour, Pete was pigging out on these beautiful little battered round balls, he swallowed hunners of these and said to Mel, we have to get these on the menu in Northampton, Mel said “Don’t think so” they’re Pigeon heads, in China they do not throw anything away, Pete told us that he disappeared behind some Rocks and Spewed his ring up, what a turn up for the books!

Is that a Scottish thing do you think, things being well baked or cooked, I love things a wee bit burnt/crispy, rest of the family think I am crazy, when I get some scones or hot cross buns first thing I do is let the air get to them , gets them a wee bit crispy and ready for munching, same with my Steak always well done!

I think it is, aye.

You get a nice fish supper from the chippy, and there's that CRACK when you first cut through the batter. Lovely!
