My plan for experimenting with mature cheddar grated and mixed in with the mince patty ingredients fell at the 'opening of the cheese' hurdle.

I pass by there every day going to and from work. It looks suspiciously like a Crown Carvery place - in which case it'll never see me across its' door mat!

british gammon shank with Kentish dry cider and apple sauce.succulent slow cooked gammon smothered in a zesty cider sweet apple sauce with a splash of warming calvados.at least that's what it says on the package.washed down with a few pints at the darts tonight. :D
