At the moment I have Norton 360 but only a few days left.
Anyone have any suggestions on the best PC security. It's £59.99 to renew (by credit/debit card which I'm not keen on as they can just renew again next time without prompting).
Any suggestions welcome
Ta.

I really like Kaspersky. I get McAffee for free through work but choose to pay for Kaspersky.
You can get it online for about £12 if you shop around.

Zonealarm Extreme Security is looking good at £25 just now.
Licences 3 machines.

I renewed my Norton 360 using my card - there is(or was) an option on the checkout for a one-time only renew, thus preventing them from grabbing payment next time.

AVG Free, never had a problem with it. Norton has always caused me problems. If I had to pay I'd get McAfee, used to get it through my work, but no longer have that job so....

I really wouldn't pay for antivirus etc.
Avira for antivirus.
Comodo if you must have a firewall. Most of us are behind routers which will protect you from incoming attacks anyway.
Occasional scans with spybot etc, and you'll be fine.

Just thought I post a thank you to all. I plumped for Kaspersky. I thought I try Webroot but it was terrible. Took ages to download, didn't download properly, wouldn't turn on, just a total mess.
I suppose you get what you pay for.
