Made mushroom soup, bread and steamed hake with green beans today. Had dinner at the Italian Caffe last night, good food, good service, reasonable price.

Looks like I'm the only one eating on this thread. Tonight: corn on the cob with coriander and lime; roasted mini-peppers; breaded pork chop with spinach and chili.No plonk.

last night mum and I had the reheated remains of the chicken supper she couldn't finish on Saturday night.

She's largely over the chest infection she had over Christmas and New Year, but she's still not got her appetite back.
