I had an omelette. Fried some onions, garlic and red pepper with a pinch of smoked paprika, potato slices and cherry tomatoes. Baby spinach salad on the side with some lovely olive oil dressing.

Yes, I'm back on the Health Wagon - it was still tasty though.

Tonight, a roast pheasant with a bottle of red for a vegetable. Both from Lidl I might add! Duncan MacRae once ordered this at the Savoy but waved away the wine waiter with, "and a cup of tea!"

Soup I'm afraid.
I spent what seemed like ages this afternoon having a molar drilled down to a stump and a temporary crown fitted.

I shrank down in my seat a bit on reading that :(

Sympathy vibes, man.

Yikes! I hope it was at least nice soup - and hope it's not hurting too much 8O

I have a bit of a mortal fear of dentists. Brush obsessively in the fervent hope I'll never have to meet one.

I had turkey bolognese and brown pasta for tea.

Kebabish on Victoria Road.
I've had Chicken Tikka delivered by The Viceroy, but as yet, nothing else. It was good.

I've only ever bought wholegrain bread, rice and pasta since the birth of my first child - well, since he started on solid food - they're all 6' 4"
