Yeah, roadblocks in and out of towns/cites. Unless you can prove you have a valid reason for going outwith the area - you're going to/from your work etc.

Didn't I read somewhere that some country is making its lockdown/curfew breakers dig the graves of all their CIOVID victims?
There's an idea. Shove the consequences of their actions in their faces.

Spleen - sounds a good method of punishment, EVERYONE is going to change the way we behave going forward, and I think we will have regular jags, dare I say I think it will reduce life spans which this government will probably be happy with, it used to be that countries relied on people dying in wars/epidemics to reduce health and pension commitments BUT I see everyday in my streets that people carry on as normal, it’s quieter now mostly because of the weather but whilst I am travelling to my site work the A roads and motorways are still v busy, I have been off since New Years Eve go back on 11th Jan and my contractors are working normally, can’t see virus getting under control for another clear year, I have not been in my office since Feb last year!

Furthest I've been away from home in the last twelve months, was a weekend in Perth at the end of August to visit a couple of friends I'd not seen for any length of time in nearly four years.
That was when we were allowed to travel outside our wee boxes.

Other than that, the only people I see on a regular basis are the neighbours, my brother, and the wee wumman in the Co-Op along the street.

Oh, and that EE ad with the guy on a mountaintop getting shaved by a robot arm with cutthroat razor, while the barber operates the thing from the other side of the world via his mobile and a VR headset?

Get.
Yourself.
To fuck.

Clearly he’s talented but he shouldn’t be front of camera, not my cuppa tea either!

The yanks must think we are all like that on the UK

Him and Ricky Gervais. I don't get why "people" think they're funny.

Gervais is funny and I think underrated, once again a talented writer, creative and a good stand up, heads and shoulders above Corden( prefer Karl Pilkington but when you’ve been brought up on Lex McClean, Chiic Murray, Max Wall and Rik Mayall ) it’s hard to get too cited with the rabble that is around these days!
