chin is always up as i am surrounded by good people.off out today with mrs wifewummin for a family meal to kick off our ruby wedding celebrations.forty years wed tomorrow and i have booked us a table in a fancy restaurant in edinburgh for that.spending next week touring the border towns of scotland.

thank you all.just back from our break.stayed in edinburgh and visited peebles,galashiels,north berwick,dunbar,potobello and leith.bus passes are great things.

Just out getting petrol and a few things and some guy was feeding the seagulls from his car in the supermarket car park.
Hope he isn't going to make this a regular thing as those birds seemed aggressive and didn't want to get my head pecked.

Had visions of the scenes from the Hitchcock film 'The Birds'.

Dot when I am on my summer hols in Hastings I always have a Large Cod & Chips from The Blue Dolphin on the seafront, can of coke, smother it in salt & vinegar, we always go and sit on the other side of the road in a bus shelter on the other side of the road, so it’s about 100yds crossing over a pedestrian crossing!
So 3 or so years ago buy my tucker and have it open so off I go over the crossing, swoosh, over my left shoulder a large seagull swoops in at speed picks up the whole fish and flies away ascending onto the sky, I am sure it was laughing at me as it went, so back in to the Dolphin for another fish this one wrapped up!

ALL of my family were in hysterics, me, I still look out for that Beaky so and so every time I’m in Town!
