Stir fry and tinned haggis .. not anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Empty cupboards make for strange combinations.

Off topic, cause it is breakfast but not tea, but porridge this morning, with salt, with the weather as it is.

I won some stirfry (I think it's chicken) at the raffles tonight. Think it's my incentive to actually go home... aww why did I have to move so far away from my favourite pisshole?

Making a pot of cock-a-leekie soup, today for tomorrows tea.
As someone else said always tastes better on the second day and useful for a quick dinner when you and the family have been out all day.
Add a plain loaf to dip with it and you have a substantial meal for the dark winters night.

Dunno yet. I'm making chicken stock though, so probably something involving that.

I might just have roasted cheese tonight. I'm going out so there is the distinct possibility of chicken pakora later, so I don't want to overdo it.
I've had curried chic peas twice this week, once from a kebab shop near the top of Allison St., alas, incredibly salty, and also from the opened again, Pakistani Cafe - scrummy. A bit windy today mind.
