I have my suspicions as to why it appeared when it did and why it didn't get repeated.
I also remember being very disappointed when the bridge was blown up in the last episode. I had hoped for something far more spectacular!

sorry to be nitpicking but its spelt Iain - i know coz its the same name as my dad and when i was wee he used to say it was him coz he popped up on rab c nesbitt quite a lot
