Off piece / underground parties

Postby S_M » Wed Nov 04, 2009 10:45 pm

I've been away from Glasgow for a while. Does anyone know of some good music / dance parties that are happening at the moment? Need to nail down some events like past stories of subway tunnel and warehouse raves!

Many thanks.

I've just got my bus pass so I go back way beyond then. I still don't know what an off piece party is.

Google is being a chocolate teapot on this one :(

I'm pretty certain he means "off piste" as in underneath Plod's radar.
I like him ... He says "Okie Dokie!"

Hey...

Bad time of year coming into winter for that kind of thing and tbh there's not been so much happening not like there was 3-4 years ago. I do know of the tunnel parties you are talking about, I went to a couple myself back in 2004.. however, there was a couple of free rave parties out in a field this year.. they've been usually on bank holiday weekends and been run the last few years. To hear about these and generally to keep up with underground clubbing, techno etc.. you should have a look on the Slam forum board

you should def check out TicTacToe at NY.. there's an afterparty aswell..awesome line up

hope this helps xx
