Bia now has a gourmet burger bar every night, Fantastic. Best burger i have ever had, i can recommend the classic american , £6.99. You will not taste a better burger this century.

Well worth it.

(The chilli burger is stunning too)

Ah Burgers, one of my favourite topics (http://aht.seriouseats.com/ is on my RSS feeds)

I would chip in with The Observatory Burger from Observatory in the charring cross region. Tasty.

Or Cookies on Hope Street after a few ales.

One of the best burgers I've had here in Glasgow, if not the best, was at Ad Lib on Ingram Street. It wasn't cheap, but damn was it good. An excellent meal overall there (good chips too, and a decadent chocolate brownie sundae extravaganza for dessert).

I do love a good quality gourmet burger though, so I hope to have a chance to try out some of the suggestions garnered from this thread.

Technically outside Glasgow of course, but the lamb burger in the Osprey, Newton Mearns is the best i have ever tasted, and i'm a right fat bastard.

Never tried a burger in the Osprey chipsteak but the food in general is of a good quality.

The ones I make.

An old woman I once knew cooked me a burger which was marinated in coca cola. Yes I know its disgusting by the sound of that, but when cooked..

Wow!

I really reccomend this.
