...I've heard about this place from my sister & friends, does it exist or is it an urban myth?
Apparently,or so I was told, there is a wee wummin that cooks amazing meals for the public & they are served in her living-room complete with telly, fireplace, etc.
Part of the deal is that it's a set price & set meal-no options like "no salt" or "hold the mayo",just a bit like when your granny cooked for you & you ate what you were given.
Also, after the meal is finished she kicks of her slippers & makes you listen to her do karaoke!
I've also heard that it is a favourite for hen parties, etc & that she is booked out months in advance.
Anyone else heard of this or am I having my leg pulled?!
