The legendary Ocean Colour Scene make a triumphant return to Glasgow on December 17th, and those looking for the ultimate celebration to top off an amazing gig will be heading to The Classic Grand on Jamaica Street for the official aftershow party.

Featuring a DJ set from OCS guitarist Steve Cradock, as well as live sets from The Soviets and The Black Arrows, it promises to be the perfect way to end a night of already-extraordinary musical entertainment!

I actually visited the Classic Grand once, some years ago, to see 'The Blues Brothers' - we got pelters from passersby while waiting outside for it to open - and there were a few disappointed gentlemen in dirty brown overcoats when the 'blue' film turned out to be a road movie tribute to classic blues and soul - even the sight of Aretha Franklin didn't seem to satisfy them...
