According to the Valuation Roll it is owned by Strathclyde Building Preservation Trust.

I think I remember working in this building quite some time ago servicing the Fire Alarm. It was owned by the council I think and had previously been used for aged persons or special needs. Lovely building but if I remember it was empty apart from security guard for many many years.

there’s an active phone line at this address

ICB = incoming calls barred (most likely an alarm line)
