Where's Battlefield Place? Presumably you mean Battle Place - the roundabout where the monument stands. There's also Battlefield Road, Gardens, and Avenue.
A lot of the street names surrounding Queens Park have a connection of some sort to the Battle of Langside.
- Moray Place and Regent Park Square, named for Regent Moray obviously
- Grange Road, named for William Kirkaldy of Grange, Moray's 2nd-in-command
- Dundrennan Road, named for the Abbey in Galloway that Mary fled to after the battle
- Lochleven Road, named for the castle Mary was imprisoned in following her forced abdication
- If you assume Queens Park itself is named as much for Mary as for the one who opened it (Victoria), then Queen's Drive and Queen Square (no apostrophe-s, oddly) probably count as well.
- Queen Mary Avenue might be related to the Battle of Langside, but given that it's next to Albert Road, probably more likely to be Victoria's daughter-in-law?
I think there are a few others: I read once that some streets in Battlefield/Langside are named for nobles involved in the battle - if memory serves, that applies to Arundel Drive and Carmichael Place, but can't cite evidence.
