Anyway from the main entrance you have to go down to the basement level, along a series of corridors, then down again, through the records office, along another corridor, down a spiral staircase, across the boiler room, up another set of stairs then through a small door (reminiscent of the one in Being John Malkovich) – all very promising up to this point only to be confronted with a very boring service level mainly for heating/ventilation pipes that runs around the perimeter of the building and across the road to the annex opposite on Scott Street
