This one might not be hugely exciting...

I got caught scouting out a shell / flat conversion at the Clyde side (just down the road from the Esso garage beside the onramp for the Kingston Bridge.
It's an old redbrick building that used to be steel works; the site manager was pretty helpful in regards to describing its history etc. He also said that if he has time spare then he will be willing to catalogue the conversion on the site.

I've got a couple of short (poor quality) clips of the building and innards. If you want to have a look email me and I'll send them across.

Hi Knowledge
I'll be running one of my regular guided tours of the Necropolis later this month. I'll announce it on the board, probably as a new topic on the coffee lounge. If you can't manage that, send me a private message and we'll arrange something. Check the story below ...
Best, Ronnie

good luck... i suppose if it was organised properly, you might be able to get access. however, an unofficial visit was pretty disappointing - difficult entry on to the site, and nearly all the buildings very secure. unless you could get entry to the buildings, it would be a fairly brief walk i'd imagine

Why don't you learn to take your caps lock off.

And as for New Lanark, it's been in continual use since it was built, some 200 years ago (or thereabouts). heh.
