It was there last weekend. It originally stood outside the Tontine buildings in Trongate, then moved to the traffic island at Glasgow Cross, and is now exactly where the good reverend said. There is a rather interesting plaque in front of it, possibly the only monument in Scotland commemmorating the tercentenary of the so-called Glorious Revolution.
