If the EK one was supplied by Loch Katrine,
what about the one at Dullator, near cumbernauld.
It may have been one of them as well.

I know this is a bit late for this topic but I have come up with a list of twelve so far...

*Garthamlock- 2 towers
*Cranhill- 1 tower
*Queenslie- 1 tower (demolished)
*Priesthill- 2 towers (both demolished)
*Pollok (Crookston Wood)- 1 tower
*Crookston (now Markdow Ave)- 1 tower (demolished)
*Bishopbiggs- 1 tower
*Tannochside- 1 tower
*Barloch- 1 tower
*Drumchapel- 1 tower

There's one in Milngavie, up the hill to the right from the station. There's also on in Drumchapel, underlit in pink, visible when driving along the Boulevard between Kilbowie Rd & Drumry roundabouts. Think these might among the eight already counted though.

Excellent diagramming!

I need to dig out a map of glasgow and mark them all on it...but thats maybe part of a bigger plan to do an alternative map of Glasgow!!

whats this about an alternative map???? Iv got that book of Glasgow... the one thats all sattelite views, I thought of marking them all on that but Im not sure where some of the places are... where the feck is Barloch?

True! Must admit, my photography skills aint up to it... feckin Mona Lisa got red-eye when i took a pic! As u say tho, some company never goes amiss

Iv got some of my family (the ones in Garthamlock) lookin thru their fotae albums for any pics with of the Queenslie tower... will post them... erm, I mean post the link to them whe Iv got them

To get to the Barloch one, using Milngavie Stn as a starting point, you'd turn right out of the station car park and head straight across the traffic lights past a big red sandstone church called St Pauls up a steep hill called Baldernock Rd. At the top of the hill you'd go left into Balfleurs St, then left into Campsie Dr, right into Middleton Dr, and left into TOWER Place. HTH. :)
