demolition of the original building, if the current one was being demolished I'm sure we'd have noticed

I`d say it`s definitely a pic of the previous building being demolished. The broken window , the rough brickwork in the centre and the protective hoarding do it for me, plus there`s only 3 windows on the right in the old pic instead of 4.
